يابنتَ خيرِ النَّاسِ بعدَ محمَّدٍ=رجَحتْ بفضلِكِ كفَّة ُ الميزانِ
وازدادَ عزُّكِ بسطة ً وكرامةً=حينَ اصطفاكِ الرَّبُّ للعدناني
لمَّا أرادَ اللهُ حفظَ رسالةٍ=بالسِّنَّةِ الغراء والقرآنِ
أهدى لكِ الفكرَ القويمَ محبَّةً=برسولِنا الداعي إلى الرحمنِ
قلبٌ شفيفٌ بالهدايةِ يرتقي=درجاتِ أهل العلم ِوالإيمانِ
فحفظتِ من هدي النبوةِ منهجاً=يبقى لنا شرعاً لكلِ أوانِ
كنتِ الحديثةَ َ بالسنينَ فحدَّثتْ=بالدينِ عنكِ منابرُ الأزمانِ
ِ شاءَ الإلهُ بأن تكوني قرَّةً=لحبيبهِ في القلبِ والوجدانِ
فحظيتِ من عطفِ الرسولِ وودِّهِ=ماساءَ أهلَ الغدرِ والعدوانِ
قالوا: ومالي في المقالةِ مأربٌ=حدثٌ لعمرُك بيِّنُ الأضغانِ
والحاقدونَ تسلقوا حبلَ افترا=فانهارَ دونَ متانةِ البنيان
نزلتْ لأجلكِ آيةٌ قدسيةٌ=فيها البراءةُ من أذى البهتانِ
وبقيتِ ياأمَّاهُ في نورِ الهدى=بالوعي قد فُضِّلتِ في النسوانِ
وبصدقِ قولِك كم تفقَّهَ عالمٌ=ومعلمٌ بمناهلِ الإيمانِ
ياأمَّنا يارمزَ كلِّ فضيلةٍ=قد خطَّ قلبي حبَّهُ بجمانِ
فإذا تألَّقَ بالبهاءِ قريضُهُ=فبحبِّ ربِّ الكونِ والعدناني

زاهية بنت البحر
O, عز وجلaughter of the best of people after our prophet
To thy Virtue, the scale of balance got outweighed
Cherishing your status with wealth and dignity
When for the prophet you were preferred
When صلى الله عليه وسلمllah wanted to keep His doctrine
Through Sunnah and Qura’an
Upon you wisdom He bestowed
honoring his prophet a generous reward
with a virtuous heart that attainth
high ranks of knowledge and faith
Keeping our prophet’s heritage
that guides us in every age
though young and novice you were
but known for your eloquence everywhere
صلى الله عليه وسلمllah wills you to be the solace
For his beloved‘s heart and conscience
to you the prophet was passionate and kind
Which spiteful people had annoyed
a salander was invented , and I don’t mean to quote their saying
“”! رضي الله عنهy thy life, is but out of grudging !
Malevolent people climbed the rope of lies
So it collapsed without solid structure
For your sake a holy verse was revealed
صلى الله عليه وسلمbsolving you from any false deed
Our mother, you remained in the guidance light
Preferred as the best of women for your insight
رضي الله عنهy your truthful speech many scholars learned
صلى الله عليه وسلمnd many others from your faith source sipped
This poem, O Symbol of every virtue
with pearls was composed for you
In glamour should it shine ,and splendor
it will be for love to صلى الله عليه وسلمllah and His Messenger
