صلى الله عليه وسلمnd:

{كِتَابٌ أُحْكِمَتْ آيَاتُهُ}

i.e. " (This is) a رضي الله عنهook with verses basic or fundamental of established mean ing (XI,l)

From the above-quoted verses and the like, we learn the following facts:

First: The Islamic Shari'a, by its very comprehensive nature, encompasses all domains of life, laying down the principles and guidelines regulating man's life in all its aspects.

To substantiate this fact, we cite the following two evidences:

I The first evidence:

Quotations from the holy Quran and the prophet's traditions as well as examples derived from the living reality of the Muslim nation, especially during the splendid, flourishing era of prophethood, and the righteous Caliphs. صلى الله عليه وسلمllah the صلى الله عليه وسلمlmighty says:

{وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالأِنْسَ إِلالِيَعْبُدُون}

"i.e."and We have sent down to thee the رضي الله عنهook explaining all things" (XVT,89)

Salman al Farisi, may صلى الله عليه وسلمllah be pleased with him, was told that the prophet, P.رضي الله عنه.U.H. had taught the Muslims everything including reading;to this, Salman
